According to reports, Lindsay is so "scared" of her dad, that she's "taking out an order of protection."
Sources say "He's behaving so erratically that she's terrified he'll do something to her. She's contacted her lawyer to arrange this."
And sources add that even Linday's 14 year-old sister, Aliana Lohan, "already has an order of protection against him, as does Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help."
