In a wedding fit for a princess, Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson wed her NFL player beau Hank Baskett at her onetime residence, the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles's exclusive Holmby Hills, on Saturday.

At around 6:45 p.m., the Playmate and former Girls Next Door star, 23, walked down the aisle in a white dress, dripping in more than $100,000 worth of platinum jewelry by Michael Barin, including drop earrings, a pendant and bracelet. The groom also wore white, as did the groomsmen, while the bridesmaids were in lavender.

Among the hundreds of guests were former boyfriend and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and fellow Playmate Bridget Marquardt, who was among the bridal party.

Michael Jackson, the sensationally gifted child star who rose to become the “King of Pop” and the biggest celebrity in the world only to fall from his throne in a freakish series of scandals, died Thursday.

He was 50. Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Ed Winter, the assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, confirmed his office had been notified of the death and would handle the investigation.

The circumstances of Jackson’s death were not immediately clear. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to the hospital, Ruda told the newspaper.

Our B+ list movie actor usually plays the fun guy and it seems that when he is filming it is the exact same way. Our A+ list actress on the other hand spends her time in between takes as far away from the fans as possible and has absolutely nothing to do with them. We've learned Farrah Fawcett died at 9:28 AM today.

She died at St. John's hospital in Santa Monica in the ICU.

Ryan O'Neal and Alana Stewart were at her bedside. She was 62. Also present -- Farrah's longtime friend and hairdresser, Mila Murphy, and Dr. Piero, who has been caring for her.

Farrah's only child, Redmond, was not present. He's currently in jail. A petition will have to be filed for Redmond to be able to attend the funeral -- as of now, this hasn't happened.

The Charlie's Angels star was diagnosed with anal cancer back in 2006.

Ryan and Farrah did not marry during her final days. Alana Stewart, who has known Farrah for 30 years, said "she will always be there as that angel on the shoulder of everyone who loved her."

Rebecca Gayheart is embroiled in a drugs and nude photo scandal, after a U.S. tabloid published pictures of the actress naked and holding what appears to be crack cocaine paraphernalia.

In the pictures, Gayheart and an unidentified, seemingly intoxicated, woman are shown in a bathtub. The star is clutching a lighter and a glass pipe.

The report suggests the pictures were taken in February 2003 - 18 months before Gayheart married Grey's Anatomy hunk Eric Dane.

A source tells the magazine Gayheart took the photos as a gift for her then-boyfriend.

The eyewitness is quoted as saying, "It happened on the Los Angeles party scene. Rebecca agreed to do a nude photo session for a boyfriend who wanted to have pictures of her as a turn-on. He told me they were partying and smoking crack together."

The insider alleges Gayheart kicked drugs after a spell in rehab.

It's not the first time the 37 year old has found herself in the spotlight for the wrong reasons; in 2001 she pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter after a car crash that killed a nine-year-old boy, while she was allegedly using her cellphone.

Lindsay Lohan is to be questioned by police in connection with the disappearance of £30,000 worth of jewellery from a magazine shoot.

Lindsay was photographed in London for the forthcoming shoot and according to sources was bowled over by the rocks: "She kept going on about the jewels asking if she could have them. We all thought she was joking!"

The jewellers realised the £30k worth of bling was missing after the shoot and contacted the magazine, who denied any knowledge of their whereabouts.

Requests for information, or for the return of the swag, has been repeatedly put to Lindsay's representatives, but two weeks later both magazine and jewellers have yet to receive any form of response. This has left them with no alternative but to pass the case on to British police.

This isn't the first time Lindsay has been linked with stolen stuff. Louis Vuitton reportedly refuse to deal with her anymore after she repeatedly stole stuff from their shoots.

"Louis Vuitton had sent over some samples for her to wear in the shoot. Lindsay kept shoving the clothes into her bag, and a stylist's assistant kept getting them out of the bag, only to have Lindsay keep trying to take them.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt issued a statement Monday denying recent tales of torture and serious illness they supposedly faced while shooting I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! in Costa Rica.

"Many of these reports are false and inaccurate, including any reports of 'torture' on the show," their rep says. "What we can say at this time is that Heidi went to a hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica, Saturday evening because she was not feeling well. She has been released from the hospital and is doing well. "In addition," the statement continues, "it was reported the Pratts have fired their legal counsel. This is inaccurate."

Heidi Pratt was tortured by NBC to the point she was "convulsively throwing up" -- that's what some people on the set of I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! are telling TMZ.

We've learned Heidi was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with a gastric ulcer, after being held with hubby Spencer Pratt in a dark room for a day and a night with only water, rice and beans. It was designed as punishment because they left the show.
One cast member described their treatment this way -- "It's the same as Guantanamo Bay."

And get this ... a cast member tells us NBC execs tried to convince Heidi to stay on the set rather than take an ambulance to a hospital for treatment. She has now left the hospital and is on meds.

We're told some of the cast members want to quit, but their passports have been taken away and they are under guard.

Paul Telegdy, NBC's Exec VP of Alternative Programming, told Ryan Seacrest about holding Heidi and Spencer in isolation as punishment, adding, "...They are now going to be examined, and their value system utterly deconstructed ...These people really are going to bare their souls."

We're told Spencer has fired his lawyer (who wanted him to stay on the show) and is now planning to sue NBC over the show.

Spencer and Heidi now want out ... for good....but there's a problem -- they signed a contract with NBC to do the show.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the rights holders of Buffy the Vampire Slayer -- which began as the 1992 crapmound film starring Kristy Swanson and was later transformed by writer Joss Whedon into one of the touchstone TV series of the last 25 years -- are planning a remake/relaunch.

Now, fans of the Buffyverse have been clamoring for a feature extension ever since the show's end in 2003; and they've made the Whedon-overseen comic books best sellers. Whedon has long been the hand on the wheel of the Buffy franchise, and his cultish fanbase are legion.

That raucous sound you hear is that fanbase currently consulting an engineer to figure out exactly how to support all of the hell they're gonna raise. Because -- get this -- Whedon isn't involved. AT ALL.

According to the news item, the producers aren't against the idea of Whedon's involvement, but they haven't "reached out to him."
What's more, this new "film" would have no connection with the TV series, nor would it feature any of the show's robust supporting cast.
In other words, they'd be jettisoning everything and everyone that made Buffy work.

According to reports, the greatly anticipated Gossip Girl spin off has NOT been killed!

Though the show wasn't picked up for the fall, it may be brought on to the schedule for a midseason replacement.

Says CW president, Dawn Ostroff, "It was the toughest year we've ever had, figuring out what to pick up, because [our pilots] were all really, really good. We do have room for another midseason show. In all honesty, I think the Gossip Girl spinoff is the show that we would love to be able to find a place for as the season goes on."

Are Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn reconciling again?

The Oscar-winning actor filed a request to dismiss his legal separation case, Marin County, Calif., court records show.

"This appears to imply that they're reconciling again," says L.A. divorce lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. "It's unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason."

This is the second time the actor has rescinded divorce papers. Penn, 48, and Wright Penn, 43, started divorce proceedings in December 2007 after 11 years of marriage.

But they put the brakes on their divorce action four months later, in April 2008, when a court clerk dismissed the divorce petition at their request.

A lawyer for Sean Penn didn't immediately return a call for comment.
Wright Penn has been at the Cannes Film Festival, where she’s a member of the jury, since last week. She attended the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS benefit on May 21.

And now for some news that should surprise no one: ABC is expected to announce tomorrow that it has picked up a reboot of the camptastic '80s thriller V and that Lost heroine Elizabeth Mitchell is a full-time castmember.

Translation: She will not be returning to Lost as a series regular.

However, before you go declaring Juliet DOA from last week's detonated hydrogen bomb, I should point out that this piece of scoop comes with a big but attached: Mitchell's Lost days are not done.

Multiple sources confirm that the actress is expected to appear in an unspecified number of episodes next season, so it's entirely possible Juliet survived Jughead and her absence will be explained in another way.

Ed Westwick will be taking a quick break from the Upper East Side to star in his first big movie. He’s starring alongside Bond girl Gemma Arterton in a big screen adaptation of Emily Bronte’s 19th century novel Wuthering Heights.

The two will play young lover Heathcliff and Cathy. We love this casting!

Ed has that old-fashioned sophistication about him, and Gemma won over our hearts in Quantum of Solace. She stepped into the role after Natalie Portman pulled out.
Peter Webber of Six Feet Under will direct the film. He calls the film a “powerful, moving and dangerous love story that cries out to be told on the big screen.”

This isn’t Ed’s first film, though it will be his biggest to date. Westwick’s other film credits include the 2006 Jude Law drama Breaking and Entering and the 2006 Julianne Moore drama Children of Men. He also stars in the straight to DVD release S. Darko, a sequel to the 2001 cult hit Donnie Darko.

He thought it was funny as hell and at the end of the night told everyone what he had done. The next morning he was kicked off the movie, and ended up forking over about $10,000 in damages.

Break-In At Lindsay Lohan's House

Some bad guys broke into Lindsay Lohan's home this afternoon and messed it up good.

Law enforcement sources tell us at around 3 PM PT today, the alarm company that services the house notified cops that the alarm had been tripped. When police arrived, there was evidence of a break-in. There were pry marks on the back door and tampering with the back window. It appears nothing was taken but the house was ransacked.

Lindsay was not at the house during the break-in. The LAPD is conducting an investigation.

A statement from Can Associates said the pair "have both requested that the media respect their families' privacy at this difficult time".

The CW doesn't begin scheduling meetings until next week and that's when the decisions are actually made.

*THIS B list television actress on a very hit network drama has A list name recognition. She was paid to be at an event for two consecutive weekends for teens and was expected to be a good example for those in attendance. Strict? Yeah, but she was getting paid big bucks and could have skipped it if she didn't want to follow the rules. She chain-smoked her way through the thing, refusing to do most of the stuff she was being paid to do. (this included an argument over her check which she opened up and argued through most of a show she was in the audience for. Apparently she thought she was being paid less than what had been agreed on.)Don't ask me why the check didn't go straight to her agent, but I wonder if she did this on her own without coughing up the 10%.

She didn't want to do opening remarks for a C list male R&B singer with one huge monster hit, and not much else because she thought his people were "ogling her too much" She lied about her age and drank two bottles of wine the first night and ended up drunk off her ass with people pushing her in the right direction of where to go and what to do. If any of the audience tried for an autograph or picture of her while she was walking around, she would put up her hand to block her face and ignore them. These same kids that paid to be at an event she was HOSTING.

Her first weekend there she was with her family. The next weekend, she brought her friends, including this D list movie actor who was in one of the biggest franchise movies of all-time and has really done nothing since, and looked like he was on crack the entire night. She was required to get approval for her outfits beforehand and when the event organizers came to check on it, she ignored them.

On the other hand, this annoying female A list singer (for now), but probably just a one year wonder who we will hopefully never hear from again was headlining the event, was sweet and appreciative. There was bad blood between her and our hostess because they apparently got into it over this A list movie actor who starred in a failing television show before starring in one of the biggest movies of all-time. Our A list singer refused to be drawn into an argument while our hostess tried to bring it up several times by telling everyone that she was dating the A list actor now and that it was a secret. Uh huh. He does so much better than her.

Kate Moss’s boyfriend The Kills’ guitarist Jamie Hince has reportedly gone missing after a gig in Canada.

It’s claimed the rocker has not been seen since a gig in Montreal on Wednesday night.

The other half of The Kills Allison Mosshart has apparently posted a Facebook message asking people to get in touch if they spot him.

Hince reportedly had a fight with a fan on stage at another gig earlier in the week.
