Paris Hilton is taking a stab at the music industry again.
The socialite/entrepreneur is going to be teaming up with her boyfriend Benji Madden to start writing her own songs.

Paris and Benji have been working out of her new recording studio inside her Beverly Hills mansion.

Theaters are having to add extra screenings at night just to accommodate.

Fandango is also reporting that dozens of showtimes for the film have already been sold out.

The movie isn't even set to open until Friday July 18th!

Several movie theaters will be showing the movie at 12:01am on Thursday/Friday night.

A stunning Russian supermodel plunged to her death from the ninth floor of her lower Manhattan high-rise Saturday, police sources and neighbors said.

Ruslana Korshunova, 20, a long-haired beauty who graced the cover of Russian Vogue, plummeted into the middle of busy Water St. in the Financial District around 2:30 p.m., according to sources and building residents.

Witnesses to the apparent suicide had no idea that the shoeless woman dressed in blue jeans and a purple tank top was a famous model but noticed her beauty right away.
"All I saw was something moving out of the corner of my eye, and then boom. It sounded like a bass drum when she hit the ground," said Steve Metzger, 36. "She was a pretty girl."

Investigators believe Korshunova jumped from her ninth-floor apartment adjacent to a skyscraper construction site, a law enforcement source said.
"I turned around just as she was about 3 feet off the ground and then, boom, she hit," said witness Ahmed Saad, 22, who was manning a nearby halal food cart.

Often photographed with her thigh-length locks cascading around her, Korshunova was born July 2, 1987, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She was reportedly discovered in 2003 by Debbie Jones of Models 1, who spotted a picture of Korshunova in an in-flight magazine article about the girl's hometown.
"I saw her by chance and she looked like something out of a fairytale!" Jones told British Vogue. "We had to find her and we searched high and low until we did! She's really incredible with feline features and timeless beauty."

What started off as a "joke" is turning into reality.

At a recent press screening for Ben Stiller's new comedy, Tropic Thunder, a funny commercial for a fictitious energy drink called Booty Sweat was shown before the film.

The fake energy drink also appears throughout the movie.

Now, for the first time ever, a movie studio, Paramount, is going to license the fictional brand as a real brand to help promote the movie. (Some companies have done this, but only long after the movie premiers and they study the market.)

Booty Sweat should be hitting stores later this summer!

Michael Corcoran, president of consumer products at Paramount Pictures, says "Not to my knowledge has this ever been done before. We're very excited, because it has the potential to live for quite a while, well beyond the film."

The movie will be released on August 15th.

Michael Lohan, ex-convict and father of Lindsay and Aliana, has confirmed reports that he fathered a child out of wedlock!

Instead, he spoke with the manager and as each person settled their bill they were told it was on the house and thanks for being such a good customer when instead each tab was actually paid for by the actor. Kristanna Sommer Loken and Noah Dalton Danby (son of the late world famous realist painter Ken Danby) were wed on the Tenth of May 2008 on her parents fruit farm in upstate New York.

The latest celeb to enter treatment is Heather Locklear.

And even more surprising, her publicist, Cece Yorke, has confirmed the news.

The Melrose Place alum is seeking treatment for psychological issues at a center in Arizona.

Locklear's publicist says, "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

The "Avril Band Aids" are deceptively working to drive the video for Girlfriend to YouTube's most watched top spot - #1 most viewed video of all time.

Email have been send out to fans to get them to watch Avril's video as many times possible AND set up automated YouTube view-boosting sites.

The pages automatically reloads Avril's video every 15 seconds, so as to rack up as many hits as possible, and a letter from the site advises fans to keep a browser window open all day with the page in it.

Janet Jackson might be a singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, and an actress, but the multi-talented diva is now adding designer to her list.

That's right. Miz Jackson is set to launch her own clothing line.

But what makes it even better is that she'll be starting with lingerie.

Janet confirmed the news this past Saturday while attending the Versace menswear show during Milan Fashion Week in Italy.

When asked for more details, Jackson simply replied, "I'm working on it."

The line is set to be out before the end of the year.
