Rebecca Gayheart is embroiled in a drugs and nude photo scandal, after a U.S. tabloid published pictures of the actress naked and holding what appears to be crack cocaine paraphernalia.

In the pictures, Gayheart and an unidentified, seemingly intoxicated, woman are shown in a bathtub. The star is clutching a lighter and a glass pipe.

The report suggests the pictures were taken in February 2003 - 18 months before Gayheart married Grey's Anatomy hunk Eric Dane.

A source tells the magazine Gayheart took the photos as a gift for her then-boyfriend.

The eyewitness is quoted as saying, "It happened on the Los Angeles party scene. Rebecca agreed to do a nude photo session for a boyfriend who wanted to have pictures of her as a turn-on. He told me they were partying and smoking crack together."

The insider alleges Gayheart kicked drugs after a spell in rehab.

It's not the first time the 37 year old has found herself in the spotlight for the wrong reasons; in 2001 she pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter after a car crash that killed a nine-year-old boy, while she was allegedly using her cellphone.

The star's representatives had yet to comment about the report.

Reformed party girl Tara Reid is so desperate for a career comeback that she has been ringing producers of Dancing With The Stars with an offer to do the ABC ballroom reality series for free.

Over the years, the often-unemployed actress has consistently lobbied producers to let her do the show, but they’ve turned her down each year. Now that she’s apparently clean and sober after a stint in rehab late last year, Tara she feels that DWTS is her best chance to promote herself.

Bosses on hit TV show The Tudors have reportedly banned all alcohol from the set - in a bid to help star Jonathan Rhys Meyers beat his addictions.

The actor is said to have just completed a month-long stint in a rehabilitation centre in Essex, England, following a previous stay in a recovery clinic in 2007 to treat alcohol abuse.

And now producers on the hit programme, which films in Bray, Ireland, have reportedly imposed an alcohol ban on the set to eliminate temptation for the star.

Rhys Meyers spent time in rehab in 2007 to treat alcohol addiction and he returned in February for another stint.

His publicist insists his current illness has nothing to do with his past drinking problems.

A sourcesays, "The decision was made to ban all alcohol from the set to remove temptation for Jonathan."

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has reportedly checked into rehab in a bid to kick his drink demons once and for all.

Tthe Tudors star is attending a recovery center in England to deal with his alcohol problem. It would be Meyers' third attempt at rehab - in 2005, he spent time at Malibu, California's Promises Clinic in a bid to get sober, and he underwent further treatment in April 2007.

However, he suffered a setback in November 2007 when he was arrested at Dublin Airport by Irish police and charged with being drunk and in breach of the peace. It later emerged that Meyers' mother had died just days before his arrest.

The actor has previously spoken out about his battle with drinking, saying, "When I do (drink) I'm like Bambi. I'm all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice." And an insider on the Tudors show claims producers warned Meyers about his alcohol intake during filming on the program's upcoming third season.

The source says, "He is one of the nicest guys in the world, he's a pleasure to work with. He has his demons, and he's trying to cope with them as best he can."

Kelly Osbourne is giving rehab another try, her mother, Sharon, has confirmed.

"Yeah, Kelly's in rehab," Sharon says. "What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we're proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she's getting it."

This is the third trip to rehab for the 24-year-old!

She did a stint at celeb fave Promises treatment facility in Malibu in 2004 for addiction to prescription painkillers and the following year she was in another facility, Las Encinas in Pasadena, CA.

Sharon says that Kelly is getting help outside of the L.A. area, but she won't reveal why her daughter is in treatment again.

"Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out," Sharon promised. "We just pray that everything's going to be okay."

Less than a month after checking herself into the Promises Treatment Center, Tara Reid has left rehab, according to a source.

"She checked out on Saturday," says the source. "She's doing well. The whole family is very positive about this being the new beginning for her."

Despite Reid being in treatment since only last month, her family and friends are optimistic about her future. "They are taking steps to do everything they can to help Tara keep on the right track," adds the source.

When the 33-year-old actress entered rehab her rep would not reveal what she was being treated for.

After years of stumbling out of parties and events, Tara Reid checked herself into rehab a few weeks ago.

Why now?

Sure, she wants to save her faltering career. But a source revealed that the American Pie babe got an offer she couldn't refuse — a free ride at Promises treatment center in Malibu!

"Enrollment is down due to the bad economy, so in an effort to drum up publicity, they asked around Hollywood to see who wanted to stay there for free," says a source.

Promises, which costs about $1,600 a night and has treated such celebs as Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears, is giving Tara the VIP treatment. The 33-year-old gets to stay in a large room, and her incoming packages are not searched, like other guests'.

It is unclear if Tara, who launched the fashion line Mantra in September, will spend the holidays at Promises.

In an interview in October, Reid said she was a "social drinker" who enjoyed an occasional glass of wine with friends.

Asked if she was ever tempted to fall back into old habits, the actress said: "No. I've done it. Trust me. I've done enough for a lifetime of everything. I've had a great time. I partied. I had fun. I ate and drank whatever. I dated a million guys, but I'm so happy with where I'm at right now. I don't need to do anything anymore."

Spider-Man star Kirsten Dunst appeared a touch worse for wear during a night out in Hollywood on Monday.

The 26-year-old looked tired and bleary-eyed as she partied with friends in trendy bar La Poubelle, ten months after she checked into rehab.

Dunst recently denied speculation her party-loving lifestyle was to blame for her stay at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah in February, insisting she was treated for depression and not an addiction to drugs and alcohol.

She said: 'I didn't go to Cirque Lodge for alcohol abuse or drug abuse. I went there for depression. I was struggling and I had the opportunity to go somewhere and take care of myself. I was fortunate to have the resources to do it.’

Her decision to seek help followed the breakdown of her relationship with Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell. The pair split in August 2007 after an intense six-month relationship, which was reportedly the catalyst for her downward spiral.

Both Ryan O'Neal and his troubled son, Redmond, were arrested in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning on drug charges.

Police authorities say they were performing a probation search involving Redmond O'Neal at the actor's Malibu home when deputies found the two in possession of methamphetamine.

Deputies found Redmond in possession of meth and a vial of the drug was found in Ryan O'Neal's bedroom, said Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

The detaining occurred at 7:15 a.m. this morning.

Redmond, whose mother is Farrah Fawcett, was arrested last year on charges related to carrying heroin and crystal meth while driving under the influence in Malibu.

In yet another case from 2005, Redmond was placed on probation stemming from an arrest on suspicion of methamphetamine and cocaine possession.

Ryan O'Neal was arrested last year on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and negligent discharge of a firearm after firing a gunshot during an argument with another son, Griffin O'Neal.

Ryan is also the father of Tatum O'Neal, yet another crackhead.

David Duchovny has entered a rehabilitation center for sex addiction, his lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein, declares.

"I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction," the actor says in an exclusive statement. "I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

Duchovny, 48, has been married to actress Téa Leoni since 1997. They have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.

The actress spent four weeks receiving treatment at Sierra Tucson in Arizona and is currently home in Los Angeles.

But, a source with connections to the center (Sierra Tucson) treating Locklear tells that she's being treated for alcohol and prescription-pill dependency.

Heatherwas supposedly driven all the way from LA to the Arizona facility by boyfriend and Melrose co-star, Jack Wagner, to keep her admission to rehab a secret.

That didn't last very long!

A family insider also reveals to the magazine, "Over the years, she's had in-home detox sessions with a nurse, but none of it has ever worked."

Another source adds, "Two years ago, she attended a discreet women-only Narcotics Anonymous meeting in the San Fernando Valley."

The latest celeb to enter treatment is Heather Locklear.

And even more surprising, her publicist, Cece Yorke, has confirmed the news.

The Melrose Place alum is seeking treatment for psychological issues at a center in Arizona.

Locklear's publicist says, "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."
