We hear Julia Roitfeld is working on a new project, an indie magazine called The Last.
The giant new glossy will actually be made of newsprint, and creative directed by Magnus Berger, the artist currently dating Ms. R.R.
Julia will do projects with graphic design, following her past work with V Magazine, Zac Posen, Peter Som, Luella Bartley, and Teen Vogue.
Also involved is fashion wunderkind Keegan Singh, the stylist and all-around hot boy who's worked for Vogue and a gazillion It Girls.
The project sounds like it has real potential to be the first art book created by a new generation of movers and makers, and we absolutely cannot wait to see it.

Nicole Richie for Gossip Girl?
Now that she’s a grown-up mum, Nicole Richie is looking to concentrate on her career again – and she’s reportedly been lined up for a guest-appearance on hit show Gossip Girl for starters.
As well as learning to drive, Lionel Richie’s girl also wants to act – and walking the halls of Constance Billard School for Girls alongside Leighton Meester, Blake Lively and Michelle Trachtenberg, is in her sights.

Angelina gives birth
Reports out of Europe claim Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are celebrating the arrival of the fifth and sixth child.
The Oscar-winning actress reportedly gave birth to twins in a Catholic clinic in France’s Aix-en-Provence on Sunday, a French newspaper confirms.
Earlier this month, the Oscar winner released a due date three to four weeks.

Now CFDA award-winning jewelry designer and sculptor Robert Lee Morris is partnering with a new young design duo: Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen.
According to sources, the trio has been hard at work for the past few months on a collection of jewelry dubbed Robert Lee Morris for Elizabeth and James.
Apparently the twins long have been fans of Morris and pored over his vast archives in at his headquarters in downtown Manhattan.
The line of silver and brass dagger necklaces, amorphous knuckle rings and edgy earrings will bow in the next few months.
A representative for Morris could not be reached for comment.

La Lohan hospitalized (again)!
Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized Thursday night and recently released.
Apparently, while on a flight yesterday from NYC to LA, LaLohan was having trouble breathing.
So much so that she had to ask for a warm compress to help the pain she was getting in her chest, reportedly due to her asthma.
Lindsay was supposedly hesitant about going to the hospital, fearing that the paparazzi would be there.
She ended up going to a Los Angeles hospital due to her difficulty breathing, and after spending two hours in the ER was released.
What could have been the reason? Is it really asthma?? Maybe it's the cigarette smoke??? Or worse!

Got all the ingredients and just started throwing them together. Too bad he didn't blow himself up, but he has some friends who actually have some brains and made him stop. He had invited them over to watch him cook it all, and they wisely shut him down and threw all the stuff in the trash.

Ugly Betty becomes a musical?
Is Ugly Betty really going to be turned into a musical?
Well, according to series star Michael Urie, it is!
In a recent radio interview Urie said, "They do want to do an Ugly Betty musical, a full-on Broadway musical, but it’s all hush-hush."
And as for the stars to play them on stage, Urie adds, "I think it would be great, and they should use the cast from the show. I think we would all do it, although we maybe don’t dance and sing as well as professional singers and dancers. I think it would be fun for us to do it for a while, and then they could get real people in."
As for possibly doing an episode of Ugly Betty as a musical, Urie says, "They definitely want to do an episode that is a musical one, but then they want to do a full stage show. I think it’s a great idea. It would definitely work.”
Urie also commented on Victoria Beckham's appearance on the show, as well as David Beckham's on-set visit.
He says, "I think everyone who worked on the show popped in at some point or another to just look at them because they are so gorgeous. They brought their gorgeous Beckham spawn also. They are so adorable, the little boys. It was fun. She’s just great. She’s teeny tiny, she’s so hot, and she’s sweet, sweet, sweet! They gave me some Beckham cologne. It was a nice parting gift. Harrison Ford has proposed to long-term girlfriend Calista Flockhart!
Twice divorced Ford popped the question on April Fool's Day leaving Calista, 43, in some doubt as to its seriousness.
But it seems the 64-year-old actor was not jesting and the pair, who have been dating for five years, will get hitched as soon as the promotional work for the fourth installment of the I
ndiana Jones series is complete.
Ford already has two sons from his first wife Mary Marquardt as well as two from his second marriage to screenwriter Melissa Mathison. He has been raising Calista's seven-year-old son as his own since the pair met in 2002.

No big birthday bash for Lindsay
Lindsay's big Moroccan-themed 22nd birthday bash has been called off.
The recovering addict had contracted businessman Mike Heller's Talent Resources company to secure corporate sponsorship for her soiree.
They even started this website to try and lure brands to commit cash.
But, now, Heller tells us that because Lindsay will be "in production on a movie" they "can't commit to a specific date" so that big birthday bash is off.
Sources, however, tell us that Lohan has been pushed by her management and publicity team to cancel the party because of all the recent bad press surrounding her.

Sources tell us they were also having some trouble getting corporate brands onboard.

Michael Lohan stalks his own daughter
IT takes a lot to separate Lindsay Lohan from her constant companion, Samantha Ronson - but if anyone can do it, it's her obsessive father, Michael Lohan.
Wednesday night, Michael showed up at the Peninsula Hotel, where Ronson was deejaying a men.style.com party. "Michael found out where Lindsay was going to be and went to find her," a source said. "She was really freaked out by it because she has no interest in seeing her father."
Hotel spies say Lindsay checked in with Ronson on Tuesday, but by Wednesday afternoon, before the party started, she had cleared out, possibly after learning her father was on his way.
"Michael was staking out the lobby and waiting for Lindsay to make an appearance," said our source. "It was freaky. He was sitting on the steps and texting like mad, and looking very upset that she hadn't arrived."
While Sam was partying with the likes of Arden Wohl, Eleanor Ylvisaker and Tara Subkoff, Lindsay was a no-show. Friends say she instead had dinner with her "Living Lohan" reality-star family, Dina and Ali. Lindsay's rep had no comment.

"Ugly Betty" is moving back to New York to take advantage of its — lower rent? The ABC show will leave Los Angeles, returning to the city where the pilot was filmed — and where the story takes place — in part because of a 35 percent tax credit offered by the city and state. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Governor David Paterson joined ABC Studios President Mark Pedowitz to announce the move Monday.
"Ugly Betty" stars Emmy winner America Ferrera as Betty Suarez, a young woman from Queens who works for a fashion magazine. Filmed in Manhattan and Queens, the show is expected to create more than 200 full and part-time jobs in the area.

Kim Kardashian is devastated that a girl is going around to clubs in Huston, Texas pretending to be her.
As Kim reports on her official website, a Huston club promoter has been going around to clubs and booking Kim for appearances. He is forging her name on the contracts and has even hired a woman to pretend to be Kim and show up to collect his pay.
Kim was on air with Ryan Seacrest this morning and apologized to her fans but assured them that they can go to her official website and find out exactly when and where she will be appearing. Nevertheless, it sold for well above its $1.895 million asking price from this December. “I had six offers on the place,” said the broker, though he wouldn’t discuss the deal itself. Michael Lohan confirms Lindsay&Samantha
Michael Lohan isn't playing dumb when it comes to his daughter Lindsay's close relationship with deejay Samantha Ronson.
Days after photos of them nuzzling necks in Cannes, France, surfaced, he says their romance "is evident to anyone with half a brain."
Still, he adds, "Just like the [topless] Marilyn Monroe spread, Linds is my daughter and there are just some things a father doesn't want to see or hear, regardless of whether they are true or false."

Famed actor-director Sydney Pollack has died from cancer at the age of 73.
Spokeswoman Leslee Dart told Reuters that Pollack died at his home in the coastal Los Angeles suburb of Pacific Palisades at 5:00pm (local time).

An insider on the set of the film has confirmed that there are no trailers on the set for Keanu and Wino to cuddle in. And, another source adds that the two have yet to be on set together, which would make it basically impossible for them to be hugging so much infront of the crew.
If Star wants to save face they better put up some pictures of the two kissing or hugging, because without any proof, people are going to stop reading and believing them all together!

Screen legend and Sundance founder Robert Redford is engaged!
The 71-year-old actor is set to marry his German artist girlfriend, Sibylle Szaggars, who is 19 years his junior.
The couple have been together since 1996.
This will be Redford's second marriage.
Redford, who is notoriously guarded about his personal life, managed to keep the break-up of his first marriage to Lola Van Wagenen secret for almost 10 years!!

Robert Downey Jr. as... Hug Hefner?!
It's not a 100 percent done deal, but sources say Hefner has signed off on Downey to play him in the movie, with the working title "Playboy."
He took a liking to the actor after seeing "Iron Man" and admiring his humor and skill in showing his vulnerability.
Chicago is expected to be used for the shooting of scenes focusing on the early years of Playboy magazine. A Chicago native, Hefner grew up in Galewood and launched Playboy here before moving the California.
No word yet on when the cameras actually will begin rolling, but it could happen as soon as next summer -- depending on Downey's "Iron Man 2" filming and the finalization of the Hefner script.

Ellen and Portia to marry in the Bush ranch??
First lady Laura Bush and daughter (the recently married) Jenna Bush Hager will appear in next Wednesday's episode of Ellen. And, unlike John McCain, Republican by blood Jenna showed support for Ellen's upcoming nups to Portia DeRossi.
In a conversation (taped Thursday) about public figures desiring privacy on their big day, Jenna greenlighted Ellen's request to use the Bush family compound for her wedding.
Ellen: So, the ranch was a great place to get married – it looked like nobody could fly over and get pictures or bother you, really.
Jenna: Yeah, that was really nice.
Ellen: So, can we borrow it for our wedding, can we get the ranch?

The final straw came when Sienna was moved to tears over a picture of her ex-lover Jude Law kissing Kimberly Stewart and Rhys’s plucky attempts to make her smile backfired terribly.
Our wonky-eyed Cupid told us: “Sienna and Rhys have been rowing a lot lately.
“He’s sensed that she isn’t quite ready to settle down and has been getting quite jealous and possessive, especially when he found out she’d partied with her ex Matthew Rhys recently in LA.
“Sienna only accepted his proposal on the third time of asking because she really loves him and didn’t want to lose him, despite feeling a bit unready for marriage. It all came to a head, however, when Sienna literally burst into tears over pictures of Jude kissing Kimberly.
