NFL hunk Tom Brady says that he and wife Gisele Bündchen don't have a baby on the way.
During an interview with AP, the Patriots QB talked about the importance of a wife and children, but when asked if he and Gisele were expecting, answered, "No." He added, "One is enough."
Christian Lacroix, the French couturier whose artistic and exuberant pouf dresses propelled him to fame in the 1980s, became the latest victim of the global financial crisis on Thursday when the fashion house bearing his name filed for court protection from creditors.
The voluntary petition, similar to Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States, was filed with the commercial court in Paris, which will decide whether to restructure or liquidate the company.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the rights holders of Buffy the Vampire Slayer -- which began as the 1992 crapmound film starring Kristy Swanson and was later transformed by writer Joss Whedon into one of the touchstone TV series of the last 25 years -- are planning a remake/relaunch.
Now, fans of the Buffyverse have been clamoring for a feature extension ever since the show's end in 2003; and they've made the Whedon-overseen comic books best sellers. Whedon has long been the hand on the wheel of the Buffy franchise, and his cultish fanbase are legion.
That raucous sound you hear is that fanbase currently consulting an engineer to figure out exactly how to support all of the hell they're gonna raise. Because -- get this -- Whedon isn't involved. AT ALL.
According to the news item, the producers aren't against the idea of Whedon's involvement, but they haven't "reached out to him." What's more, this new "film" would have no connection with the TV series, nor would it feature any of the show's robust supporting cast. In other words, they'd be jettisoning everything and everyone that made Buffy work.

*FOR once this week it will not be about our B list actress. She really is a mess though. Not like Tara Reid kind of messy, but still, a mess. Anyway, for today, I guess it is a kindness. It might just be good manners. B list movie actor. He did the whole popcorn flick thing and it didn't work out so he is back to the co-lead or second lead in movies. He is definitely a dramatic looking guy. He doesn't really have that comedy vibe. So, he and his girlfriend I guess you would call her had been out and about doing what 20 somethings will do and apparently his girlfriend had a bit too much to drink. So much so that while they were in the taxi, his girlfriend decided to basically puke everywhere in that back seat. Truly awful. Needless to say the driver was not pleased. However, he was more pleased after our actor agreed to help him clean out the taxi and even gave the driver a $1000 tip.

Not necessarily by numbers, but it was not the fault of the show. Since the show went of the air he has done a little of this and a little of that. The other night he went over to a friend's house. This friend, like many people makes people remove their shoes when they enter the house. She told our actor that he needed to take off his shoes. He threw a fit right there in the doorway and complained for a good five minutes before finally taking off his shoes and dropping about four inches in height. The laughs in the place weren't that loud. Well, not loud enough for a neighbor to hear anyway. No one would have even noticed if he hadn't thrown the fit. But because he did everyone was staring at him.
According to reports, the greatly anticipated Gossip Girl spin off has NOT been killed!
Though the show wasn't picked up for the fall, it may be brought on to the schedule for a midseason replacement.
Says CW president, Dawn Ostroff, "It was the toughest year we've ever had, figuring out what to pick up, because [our pilots] were all really, really good. We do have room for another midseason show. In all honesty, I think the Gossip Girl spinoff is the show that we would love to be able to find a place for as the season goes on."
Are Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn reconciling again?
The Oscar-winning actor filed a request to dismiss his legal separation case, Marin County, Calif., court records show.
"This appears to imply that they're reconciling again," says L.A. divorce lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. "It's unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason."
This is the second time the actor has rescinded divorce papers. Penn, 48, and Wright Penn, 43, started divorce proceedings in December 2007 after 11 years of marriage.
But they put the brakes on their divorce action four months later, in April 2008, when a court clerk dismissed the divorce petition at their request.
A lawyer for Sean Penn didn't immediately return a call for comment. Wright Penn has been at the Cannes Film Festival, where she’s a member of the jury, since last week. She attended the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS benefit on May 21.

And now for some news that should surprise no one: ABC is expected to announce tomorrow that it has picked up a reboot of the camptastic '80s thriller V and that Lost heroine Elizabeth Mitchell is a full-time castmember.
Translation: She will not be returning to Lost as a series regular.
However, before you go declaring Juliet DOA from last week's detonated hydrogen bomb, I should point out that this piece of scoop comes with a big but attached: Mitchell's Lost days are not done.
Multiple sources confirm that the actress is expected to appear in an unspecified number of episodes next season, so it's entirely possible Juliet survived Jughead and her absence will be explained in another way.
Ed Westwick will be taking a quick break from the Upper East Side to star in his first big movie. He’s starring alongside Bond girl Gemma Arterton in a big screen adaptation of Emily Bronte’s 19th century novel Wuthering Heights.
The two will play young lover Heathcliff and Cathy. We love this casting!
Ed has that old-fashioned sophistication about him, and Gemma won over our hearts in Quantum of Solace. She stepped into the role after Natalie Portman pulled out. Peter Webber of Six Feet Under will direct the film. He calls the film a “powerful, moving and dangerous love story that cries out to be told on the big screen.”
This isn’t Ed’s first film, though it will be his biggest to date. Westwick’s other film credits include the 2006 Jude Law drama Breaking and Entering and the 2006 Julianne Moore drama Children of Men. He also stars in the straight to DVD release S. Darko, a sequel to the 2001 cult hit Donnie Darko.

Apparently things have not got much better. At a party a few weeks ago he was at the home of a producer of his new movie. Our actor was feeling no pain and was doing coke like a fiend and drinking shot after shot of whiskey as well. This was a big house and the guests had all been directed to use one or two of the bathrooms. Our actor decided that a bathroom was too small for him. So, every hour or so when he went to, ummm relieve himself, he used a bedroom instead of a bathroom. Over the course of the evening he managed to mark his territory on ever piece of furniture, carpeting, bed, and a good portion of the walls. He thought it was funny as hell and at the end of the night told everyone what he had done. The next morning he was kicked off the movie, and ended up forking over about $10,000 in damages.

Some bad guys broke into Lindsay Lohan's home this afternoon and messed it up good.
Law enforcement sources tell us at around 3 PM PT today, the alarm company that services the house notified cops that the alarm had been tripped. When police arrived, there was evidence of a break-in. There were pry marks on the back door and tampering with the back window. It appears nothing was taken but the house was ransacked.
Lindsay was not at the house during the break-in. The LAPD is conducting an investigation.
Celebrity couple Katie Price and Peter Andre are to separate after four-and-a half years of marriage, the couple's management company have confirmed.
A statement from Can Associates said the pair "have both requested that the media respect their families' privacy at this difficult time".
The couple have two children together - Junior, three, and Princess Tiamii, who is nearly two years old.

Valle girls not canceled (yet)
Though the gossip on the Gossip Girl spin off is, as I reported recently, that the series will not make it to your TV this fall, a network insider tells me this rumor is preposterous.
The CW doesn't begin scheduling meetings until next week and that's when the decisions are actually made.
So why has talk surrounding the buzzed-about project suddenly turned negative? I'm hearing that The CW's development slate -- including the Melrose spin off, the Mischa Barton's Beautiful Life pilot and the Vampire Diaries pilot -- is so strong that the network is having a hard time deciding what to cut.
*THIS B list television actress on a very hit network drama has A list name recognition. She was paid to be at an event for two consecutive weekends for teens and was expected to be a good example for those in attendance. Strict? *GIRL 1 thought her reality show gig would propel her to higher heights, but she has completely bombed when trying to explore any opportunities beyond the reality genre. Her acting skills were described by one director as "appalingly bad". Expect her to return to reality as if it was a purposeful choice. Girl 2 once had a job, but dropped her career to become the accessory of a former reality star. Her last movie bombed and she has since flunked every audition for anything resembling a real gig. Now that her relationship is over (yes, it is), and she is running out of money, she may have nowhere to go but reality TV. Girl 3 also made her bones as a reality star, but has dabbled in absolutely everything. Thankfully, we'll be seeing less of her in the US as she spends more time overseas, where she can still command appearance fees that are a mere 25% of what she once earned.

*LAST week, producers and executives had to be called down to the set of a film that is already getting a lot of hype. It turns out that one of the main actors showed up so high and wasted that he went on a rampage on set. He destroyed props and electrical equipment and wasn’t coherent or responsive to the pleas of crew to get him to stop. When the bigwigs arrived, they fretted over having security escort him off, calling the police, or taking care of the matter privately. They finally decided they didn’t need bad press for the actor’s image and had a private team of security take him and lock him in a private trailer until he came off it. Two days later and back on set, although the crew was pissed, Executives and the actor pretended like nothing had happened. Not Jude Law.

Robert has expressed his interest to play the Playboy great in a biopic that's reportedly in the works, and the good news is he got the green light from Hef himself!
When asked about the possibility of Robert playing him, Hef said, "Downey and I have talked about it and it is a very real possibility."
"He's a marvelous actor and I would be honored if he decided to do it," he said at Playboys 50th Annual Playmate Announcement ceremony in Las Vegas this past weekend.
We all know Robert's was bit of a playboy himself, so he shouldn't have too much trouble getting into the role. And if Hef has given him the green light, you know it's going to be a great flick!
